These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilvo online casino and sports betting platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using jilvo's services.

18+ Age Requirement
jilvo is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Bangladesh Players
These terms apply to all players accessing jilvo from Bangladesh. By creating an account you confirm you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on jilvo are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are charged by jilvo.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are stated clearly at the point of offer. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active jilvo account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without prior notice, and associated balances may be forfeited pending review.
Responsible Gaming
jilvo provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and take-a-break tools to support responsible play. Players are encouraged to use these tools and to seek help if gambling is affecting their wellbeing.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jilvo website at jilvo.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilvo ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].
jilvo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify active players via the email address registered on their account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, bonus offers, payment transactions, and customer support interactions conducted through the jilvo Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any progressive web application (PWA) associated with jilvo.net.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. jilvo strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18 years. We conduct age verification checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately and all funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
To be eligible to register and use jilvo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
- You are accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming for personal recreational use is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of an employee of jilvo or any of its affiliated game-technology partners.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order registered with jilvo or any affiliated responsible-gaming programme.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee.
- You have not previously had a jilvo account closed for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
jilvo uses industry-standard age and identity verification processes. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Players Based in Bangladesh
These Terms are specifically designed with Bangladeshi players in mind. Players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other regions of Bangladesh are welcome to use the Platform subject to the eligibility criteria set out above and their own compliance with applicable personal laws. jilvo does not provide legal advice; if you are uncertain about your personal legal position, you should consult an independent legal professional before using the Platform.
03 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on jilvo, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on jilvo. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jilvo employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended, bonuses cancelled, and balances subject to forfeiture pending a review process.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilvo account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jilvo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Email Verification
A verification link is sent to your registered email address on sign-up. Your account will not be fully activated until this link is confirmed. Use a valid email address you control.
Mobile OTP
Sensitive account actions — including withdrawals and password resets — require OTP confirmation to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Keep your number current in account settings.
KYC Verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) document checks may be required before processing withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 or at the Operator's discretion. Supported documents include NID and passport.
Password Standards
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
jilvo supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jilvo does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees independently of jilvo.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jilvo account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank's processing times. jilvo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposit must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jilvo aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets within 5 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) checks which may cause processing times to vary. jilvo reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus wagering requirement non-compliance, or pending KYC review. In such cases, jilvo will contact you at your registered email address within 48 hours with details of the required next steps.
Currency & Exchange
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on jilvo are denominated exclusively in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied within the Platform. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all monetary displays throughout the Platform.
05 Bonus & Promotions
jilvo offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are denominated in BDT and are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details page and in any email or on-platform notification relating to that bonus. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
- jilvo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have partially completed wagering requirements.
- Players who jilvo reasonably believes are exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or arbitrage strategies — may have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
- Certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables, specific high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
Promotional Communications
By creating a jilvo account, you consent to receiving promotional communications by email and SMS to your registered contact details. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal notifications.
06 User Obligations
As a condition of your continued access to and use of the jilvo Platform, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any subsequent point when additional information is requested by jilvo.
- You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law.
- You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or payment systems. Any suspected bugs must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected bug may be voided.
- You will not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform's games, betting markets, or promotional systems in a manner that provides an artificial or unfair advantage.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, or use third-party real-time advisory services ("RTA solvers") in live poker or casino games.
- You will not make any chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile money provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with jilvo's support team. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
- You will not access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of bypassing geographic or account-level restrictions.
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction. jilvo does not provide tax advice and does not deduct tax from player winnings.
Violation of any user obligation may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance and pending bonuses, and referral of relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law or regulation.
07 Account Closure & Suspension
You may request the voluntary closure of your jilvo account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Temporary Suspension
jilvo reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, a pending KYC verification request that has not been satisfied within the requested timeframe, or a dispute initiated through a payment provider. During a temporary suspension, login access is disabled and no deposits or withdrawals may be made. jilvo will communicate with you via your registered email throughout any investigation period.
Permanent Closure by jilvo
jilvo may permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
- Confirmed use of the account by a person under the age of 18.
- Repeated or serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at jilvo staff or other players.
- Money laundering suspicion reported to relevant authorities.
Where an account is closed by jilvo due to confirmed fraud or serious Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at jilvo's reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, your account is deactivated and marketing communications are suspended. 08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilvo's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilvo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation.
- Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, outages, or errors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard system failures).
- Losses arising from interruptions to internet or mobile network connectivity beyond jilvo's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks on third-party infrastructure, or any other event outside jilvo's direct control.
The Platform and all games, odds, and markets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilvo makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by our third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi). jilvo does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for the results of certified fair-play RNG games.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilvo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
